Plan Review

PFS TECO is an approved Design Approval Primary Inspection Agency (DAPIA) for the Department of Housing and Community Development (HUD) providing plan review services for manufactured home clients throughout the United States and Canada. Our DAPIA plans examiners are responsible for the review and approval of construction plans for compliance with the “HUD Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards: Part 3280.” The DAPIA Department reviews and approves the DAPIA design packages for clients' in-plant quality system, and we have a team of qualified, professional engineers on staff to review and approve structural calculations.
